stablished in 1994, Galerie Severn offers a wide range of art styles on a variety of mediums. Current owner, Fred Horton, MCPF, GCF has been in the art and framing field for over 15 years. He is a member of the Professional Picture Framers Association, The Guild of Fine Art Care & Treatment Standards and a participant in the Generally Accepted Framing Practice Project.
